    The place is beautiful, clean, and very affordable. It is a bit small, but overall comfortable. The food selection is limited and there are not many varieties, but the quality is still good. Most of the staff were unfortunately not professional, except for a few people who truly made our trip enjoyable. One employee named Omar made us very uncomfortable with inappropriate behavior, calling women over, embarrassing guests, and making jokes that were not respectful. However,Salahellden and another staff member at the bar, I think his name was something like haak or close to that, together with their manager, were extremely kind and respectful. They honestly helped save the experience and made the trip much better. They deserve appreciation and promotion for their professionalism and kindness. Thank you.

    Food quality not for 5 Star hotel. Apartment where I stayed located in second line, it was not comfortable to walk to sea. Totally it is a good 4 star hotel for me

    We stayed as a group of 6 booked 3 rooms. First of all, many thanks to GM Serdar bey did his best to arrange suitable rooms for our stay. Animation team was great especially Umut. Also many thanks to : Mehmet, Arda and Ibrahim from pool bar. Emel from coffee corner.

    There was an ongoing problem in the bathroom that caused a bad smell in the room. I reported it to reception around 11 p.m., was told a specialist would come, but after waiting for an hour no one arrived. There was also no clear information on how to reach reception by phone, so I had to walk there again myself. Eventually someone came and fixed it temporarily but the issue returned the next day. At check-in I wasn’t informed about meal times and wasn’t given any information leaflet or welcome booklet. I also didn’t receive a towel card, which meant I had to walk back and forth between two separate buildings located across a main road, connected only by an underground tunnel which was quite a decent distance to walk. The hotel felt overcrowded and disorganized, and the overall service didn’t match a five-star standard.
