    I understand, Amsterdam is pricy, you want to stay in central, by the canal.. that’s why I ignored the bad reviews… and this turned into my nightmare… the room was really dirty, there were dust flying everywhere.. the walls are thin and next to a night bar, you can hear drum noises at night. The shower pressure is like dripping water. WAIT FOR THE WORST, I got bitten by bugs over nights, I was itching so bad. I’m so thankful to only stay there for 3 nights.. Never again I will ignore bad reviews.

    My friend and I stayed 4nights. Firstly the room was very very small and we payed *** per night and the rate when we came in was *** a night. Secondly the room was a basement which was not mentioned until we paid and it isn’t refundable. The first day we found a rat in the room which shows how terrible and unhygienic the hotel is, and we upgraded to the room to the canal view which was also tiny no minibar no welcome snack or water. The room service did not put toilet paper all the days so no toilet paper was available. The room is very very small and it was a double bed not single beds that we stated in the booking and the hotel said they don't have single beds. Very very bad experience totally don’t recommend it. 0/10

    The central location, the room was in underground (-1) floor. Not so clean and very noisy.
