We (a couple) were on a trip to Uzbekistan and had finalized 2 hotels to select from for our stay in Tashkent. We booked after arriving in Tashkent, fortunately other option got booked so we went with Ark Billur and it was a blessing in disguise. Hotel is totally sparkling clean and modern. Lobby is fantastic. Reception staff is wonderful, especially Oyatbek & Sunnat. There is a local neighbourhood around which made our stay special to observe their lives n routines. Bed materials are sophisticated. They have an ATM machine in the lobby that also converts USD to local currency at the best price. Special almonds in their buffet breakfast are a must try. We even bought those from Korzinka supermarket in Tashkent because they are the best tasting almonds we have ever had in our lives. Hotel is much recommended.

Was very easy to get to the airport and also the room was very nice with a big bathroom. Was also very clean and also the reception staff were very nice and helpful.

You will be surprised that everyone speaks good English. Extremely well mannered boys. Superb breakfast. Very accommodating, guest driven personnels. Huge and extremely beautifully appointed rooms.Loved the bathroom tiles. full amenities. Walkable distance to metro and many eateries , There is a supermarket and clothes mall as well. Maybe a bit far from main city but worth all the penny.Again thanks to all the boys at the front office. You guys rawk.
