    I recently stayed at Arirang Beach Resort in Zambales and had a good experience overall. Upon arrival, my room was not yet ready as they had to change the light bulb and had me wait in the reception area. I booked using Agoda and the process was smooth and hassle-free. The hut room itself was comfortable and suitable for a solo traveler like me (as long as you're not too "maarte") . Although I wasn't able to enjoy the pool due to bad weather, the resort offers a nice setup with a pool area designed for sports and relaxation. Security felt adequate, with CCTV coverage. If you're commuting, just be prepared to hire a tricycle or arrange for transport, as it's not within easy walking distance from the main road. The resort in 3-4 minutes walk from the beach and food stalls. It's also near NETDC, if you're like me who works in the Military (Navy) . One of the highlights was the "tambayan" area, featuring a cozy swing while viewing the beach. It also features live fire dance performances and visitors are allowed as long as they log at the reception area. Overall, Arirang Beach Resort is a good choice for travelers looking for a laid-back beach getaway with a bit of enterntainment.
