Our first visit to Townsville and had a 5 star plus stay at ARDO
We loved the roof top garden, friendly professional service and GREAT food
We also ate at the restaurant next to the roof top bar and had a very memorable great dinner
Again the staff were very friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed everything
When we return to Townsville we will definitely stay at ARDO again
We are currently staying on Magnetic Island to catch up with our son from Melbourne who is sailing his yacht in a regatta
We have already recommended that he and his wife when in Townsville in the future must stay at ARDO

From the moment we arrived we were immediately encapsulated by the presence of all that ARDO presents. From the friendly reception check in to our room entrance was just amazing. Loved the entire experience & would highly recommend ARDO to everyone. Thank you.

Lovely hotel. Our room was a marina view on the 7th floor. Great views of Castle Hill and the marina. Easy walk into centre of town and a lovely walk along the strand. The restaurants and rooftop bar are fabulous, however make sure you book as there is no priority for hotel guests and we were turned away from the roof top bar on the Saturday night as they were at capacity. It was very disappointing that hotel guests weren’t prioritised. We had dinner at Terrasu and food was great. Highly recommend a stay at the Ardo.

Overpriced and sterile.
I asked for an upgrade to Ocean view and willing to pay but was told there were no ocean view available.
Once I’d settled in my room I looked online and there were ocean view rooms available. Not happy!!!!
I will stay at The Ville next time cheaper and more facilities.
