    I am writing to request your assistance regarding a serious issue experienced during my recent stay: Issue Details: Throughout this morning, there was a complete disruption of the running water supply in my room. As a result, I was entirely unable to use essential facilities or carry out basic hygiene routines—including showering, brushing my teeth, and freshening up. This caused major inconvenience and severely disrupted my morning schedule. Running water is a fundamental amenity of any accommodation. Given that the property failed to provide this essential service, I kindly request Agoda's support in mediating with the property for an appropriate resolution. I would appreciate it if you could assist in securing a partial refund or an equivalent compensation in AgodaCash. Thank you for your prompt attention and continuous support.
