Cleaning was so bad.... Food quality was so so.... Minimum staff for service... I recommend avoid this resort

I checked into this property from the 1st to the 3rd, and it was a major disappointment from start to finish. If you are considering staying here, please read this first: Terrible Refund Policy & Management: Within five minutes of making my payment, an emergency arose that meant I could only stay for one day. Despite requesting a refund for the second night immediately after paying, management flatly refused. The lady managing the property was incredibly dismissive, telling me, "If you've made up your mind [to leave], you will find a reason." Misleading Information: Their website claims Baga Beach is 6 km away—it is actually 17 km. The property is quite remote and takes a significant amount of time to reach. Poor Facilities: The rooms were poorly equipped. There was no mirror, the AC was not working, and basic essentials like towels and water bottles were missing. They do not provide dental kits at all. You cannot arrive here with just your clothes; you have to bring everything yourself. Understaffed: There are only 3 staff members managing 22 rooms. While I felt bad for them as they had to handle all the guest complaints, it’s an impossible situation for them. No Food Options: They refused to prepare lunch because there "weren't enough orders," yet they also prohibit ordering from Swiggy or other outside delivery services. We were left stranded in the scorching heat with no way to eat at the resort. The Only Saving Grace: Hungry Hippies Cafe After leaving the resort in search of food, we found Hungry Hippies nearby. It was a complete 180-degree turn. The hospitality there is what the business should actually look like. Vimal managed the place with a smile, and Subodh, the chef, turned our trip into a food fest. Their kindness truly saved our day. Final Verdict: Never pay in advance for this property. Check the room and the service first before handing over any money. I would not recommend staying here.

The overall condition of the property was disappointing, with garbage visible in several corners and an unhygienic kitchen area. The initial room assigned to us had a faulty lock, the toilets were unclean, and the bedsheets appeared stained, suggesting they may not have been properly cleaned. While I do appreciate the manager accommodating a late checkout request, the rest of the experience was unfortunately not pleasant.

Room had a terribe smell becauae of some faulty bathrooms, despite multuple complains all they did was to spray phenyl spray to counter smell , theyvpromissed different rooms but ignored later as they might have recived some booking, washroom flush were mot working , restraunt was covered with dust and restraunt washroom was worse than that of any public toilets,
