As an exchange student living in Korea, this property exceeded my expectations. You can easily have food delivered, we had a huge flatscreen, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Would definitely recommend. In Korea you can’t really have guests, so when my boyfriend visited for a few days we opted for this hotel thanks to its close proximity to the subway, and central in Seoul in general.

My non negotiable in booking rooms are they should be near at least in a bus station and not located in an uphill location. Ara hotel is just infront of two bus stops, 5 min walk to Blue Line station, and a bus away from DDP cultural and shopping district. Mega coffee is just across the street, as well as the CU and 7 11!! What a nice location. Only downside is that the breakfast is in Hotel DM, as well as the coin laundry. But you can always leave your luggage if you arrive early or your flight is late at night :)

The room looked great but too small. Japanese size I’d say. Bathroom is too close to the bed. No natural light from the window because of the building nearby. Place is fine for a night or two
