    What a lovely little hotel near Westbahnhof station. I had a fantastic 4-night stay here. The staff at the Reception and the dining area were fantastic. I had a few minor issues regarding the room's AC temperature and WiFi connection but those were resolved quite swiftly. The breakfast spread was also decent - there was something for everybody with delicious cakes. Would 100% recommend this hotel!

    Had a wonderful and comfortable stay in this hotel. All of the staff are amazing! They are very accommodating and more than happy to help you. They are also responsive in my messages and catered my request. Hotel facilities are topnotch except for shower room in room 504 which can use a little repair. There is a small water leak in the shower area to the floor. But this is just minor and doesn’t affect my overall stay. Stayed here for 3 nights and decided to come back the following day after visiting Bratislava. This hotel is highly recommended. 10/10
