Floor felt sandy, had no aircon and the mini fan in the room was not working. I asked for a replacement fan shortly after checking in and it never arrived throughout my 4 day stay.

Rooms only have an electronic lock and no deadbolt. There is also no staff on site. Someone entered my room in the morning without identifying themselves and shut the door when they saw me. The property's phone number does not work, and their service line is just an AI chatbot that will instruct you to call the local police in an emergency. This is unacceptable and unsafe.

I didnt receive the entrance code until it was time to check in i.e:, 15:00. I had to sit outside the apartment with my parents and our luggage. We saw a drug deal take place right infront of us. Anyways once we received the code we went to our room. Since we were 3 people a foldable bed was placed inside a 2 bed apartment. The third bed was really uncomfortable and gave a back ache. Facilities were good. But just the location was a bit shady.
