Very convenient location. Facility is clean. Not luxurious but if you are looking for affordable convenient hotel, this is the place. If you are not interested in night life including getting drink , you may want to stay close to the station.

Extremely disappointing experience — especially for the price. We paid approximately $280 per night, around four times more than we paid at most of the other hotels during our trip to Japan. After staying at more than five hotels across Japan, this was unfortunately our most disappointing experience. The room itself was very small and poorly designed for travelers with luggage, with no storage space under the bed to store our suitcases. The biggest problems, however, were the service and cleanliness. At around 10 PM, we went to use the hotel laundry facilities. Despite this being a hotel with more than 500 rooms, there were only TWO washing machines available for guests. We waited more than 1.5 hours for one to become available. After finally washing our clothes, we were suddenly told that the floor was closing and we could not stay to use the dryer. Nobody had informed us about this beforehand, and the relevant information was not available in English. After spending another 30 minutes trying to find a solution with the staff, none was provided. We were forced to take our wet clothes, leave the hotel late at night, and find an outside laundromat just to finish our laundry. Then, the following morning, we woke up to find a COCKROACH crawling around the bathroom and among our personal belongings. Photos/video are attached to this review. We reported these issues to the hotel and requested that management address the situation. For approximately $280 per night, this is simply unacceptable. We lost hours of our vacation dealing with problems that should never have occurred, received no reasonable solution when we needed one, and then had to deal with a serious cleanliness issue in our room. We stayed at several much less expensive hotels throughout Japan and received significantly better rooms, cleanliness, facilities, and service. For us, the price was completely disconnected from the quality and experience we received. Based on our stay, we would not choose to stay here again.
