10/10! Anora was incredible. If you’re happy to walk 15 minutes to get into town, it’s perfectly located. Quiet enough to enjoy your night, and close enough to enjoy the busy Old Town. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. From the cooks to cleaners, cafe staff, reception and security. Every single person made you feel welcomed. Rooms spacious and clean. Great services available. Couldn’t recommend it high enough. If I visit Vietnam again, this would be my first point of interest.

The resort has just been renovated and looks new. No gym though and the pool is smaller than the photo with only 8-10 seats and very hard to get a seat by the pool. Room is spacious but a bit dark. There is a 4% additional charge to pay at the hotel and this is not shown on website or on Agoda and this applies to even payment with Google or Apple Pay. Not good for people with mobility issues as staircases everywhere including going to breakfast and the selection is just okay.
