    Hotel was absolutely amazing~ the room was big and the amenities were top tier. Lots of food and convenience stores nearby. Everything you needed was easy to get from the first floor with the help of amazing staff. Will be staying there whenever I visit!

    No staff on property. Rooms shown in photos online are not actual rooms given and again no staff on property to assist with issues and agoda was not able to help even though the photos were deceptive. No actual room cleaning options during stay. Room was quite dirty with black marks on walls and blood from what I assume are mosquitoes which were in the room up on check in. Curtains look like they have never been dusted. Bed is so soft it's uncomfortable. TV didn't seem to work well and wifi was mid. Upsides - The air con worked well and they had a steady supply of cold bottled water and clean towels.
