facility is best, all the food is delicious, and all the staffs is kind.

The room is huge and the in-room onsen and sauna is amazing. The room is nicely designed and it's clean. The only improvement I could think of is their dinner buffet. Food selections are limited.

今回は母と二泊三日の別府の旅先として選び、結果的に大満足でした。 チェックイン時のスタッフさんは日本語も堪能な優秀な外国籍の方が多く異世界感を早くも感じ、ロビー前のラウンジではクオリティの高いお菓子、ジェラート、そしてソフトドリンク＆アルコールもあり全て無料でした。部屋はコテージになっており開放的な空間で温泉やサウナがを堪能できる事はもちろん、ソープやドライヤーまで一流のアメニティで統一され驚きました。またインクルーシブプランではない方用にもキッチンが備わっており自由にクッキングや持ち込みができるようになっておりました。 唯一特筆すべきはその人里離れた立地のため非常に険しい坂道を車で登らなければならず、冬場の凍結した時のアクセスは論外としてセダンタイプやスポーツカーはほぼ間違いなく入り口でバンパーが外れる可能性が非常に高いです。離合も場所によっては非常に危険が伴うので高級セダンやスポーツカーでは間違いなく辿り着けませんのでご注意を。 I chose this hotel for a three-day, two-night trip to Beppu with my mother, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. At check-in, many of the staff members were highly capable non-Japanese employees who spoke excellent Japanese, giving us an almost otherworldly impression right from the start. In the lounge near the lobby, a selection of high-quality sweets, gelato, soft drinks, and even alcoholic beverages were available—all free of charge. The room was a cottage-style villa, offering an open and relaxing atmosphere where we could fully enjoy the private hot spring and sauna. I was also impressed that everything—from the soaps to the hairdryer—was unified with top-class amenities. Even for guests who do not choose an inclusive meal plan, the room comes equipped with a kitchen, allowing for cooking and bringing in your own food as you like. The only point worth noting is the property’s remote location, which requires driving up a very steep and challenging hill. During winter, access becomes nearly impossible if the road is frozen. Additionally, sedans and sports cars will very likely scrape or even damage their bumpers at the entrance due to the slope and uneven terrain. Some parts of the road are also extremely narrow, making it risky to pass oncoming vehicles. For these reasons, I strongly advise against attempting to reach the hotel with a luxury sedan or sports car.
