Anitsa Resort

We found Anitsa to be a very nice and pleasant place to stay. Ideally located close to Lio Beach and just a little further from the center of El Nido. It was situated away from the highway so we did not hear traffic from our cottages. There was a nice pool in the resort so we were able to stay in and soak in the pool in the days we wanted to loaf around and do nothing. Free breakfast was also very good, healthy and filling. Food was also available at their restaurant if one did not want to go out to eat. Lastly, staff were also very nice and helpful. They helped arrange our island hopping tour. They also arranged the van to pick us up for our return trip to Puerto Princesa.

We enjoyed are stay here. Room is great however would only pick on the water pressure not being the strongest. Everything else was great otherwise! Staff was attentive to our needs.

С первого взгляда - отличный отель, уютные домики, красивая территория, бассейн, вроде бы соответствует цена-качество. Но нам "посчастливилось" заказать ужин в номер и это стало самым отвратительным посещением за всю историю наших путешествий. Мы заказали мексикансую еду - буррито. Выглядит все прекрасно, но когда начали есть, увидели ЧЕРВЕЙ внутри 🤢 Я не знаю, что происходит на кухне, но черви в еде не располагаютс оставаться в таком месте. Я уже не смогу есть в их ресторане, купаться в их бассейне и вообще находиться в этом месте. Помимо этого в кровати небыло одеяла, я попросила на ресепшене, мне его принесли, но без пододеяльника🤦‍♀️ Ко всему прочему за эту ночь меня что-то искусало, моя кожа чешется вот уже месяц, укусов много на руках, ногах и спине. Нужно отдать должное - менеджер отеля утром очень извинялась, мы сказали что не собираемся оставаться у них на забронированные 4 ночи и требуем вернуть деньги. После некоторых препинаний, мы получили деньги обратно и в этот же день уехали в другой отель. Впечатление, конечно было испорчено, нервы потрачены, благо еда была не стедена и кроме укусов кожи, со здоровьем все в порядке.

Anitsa Resort was an okay stay overall. The location is a bit out of the way and somewhat difficult to find, which made things a little inconvenient. The room itself was decent, but the air conditioning didn’t cool evenly since it was only one unit for the whole space. There were also no blankets provided, which was a downside. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which definitely took away from the experience. For the price, I expected a bit more—especially when comparing it to other places I’ve stayed at that offered better value and amenities. On a positive note, the breakfast was incredible and definitely one of the highlights. The transfer van service was reasonably priced, but I’ve stayed at other places that offered free transportation at a lower overall cost, so it didn’t stand out as much. The property itself could use a bit more upkeep, like maintaining the grass and overall appearance. It’s not a bad place, but for the price, there are better options out there.
