We had a nice time in Angsana..the food etc was good...we travelled with the elders . Climbing the stair was a major concern and we did not see any ramp kind of support anywhere...it was available only in the parking area... So if you could find some alternate for this it would be really great.. overall we had a great time

We stayed at Angsana Oasis Resort for a day to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be a lovely little getaway for the whole family. We were travelling with our two children, aged 10 and 3, and all of us really enjoyed the experience. The resort surprised us with a beautiful room decoration and a cake for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the occasion even more special. The staff throughout the resort were extremely warm, friendly and helpful, and their hospitality really stood out. The food was another highlight. There are two multi-cuisine restaurants, and we tried both the buffet and à la carte options during our stay. We had lunch at the buffet, dinner à la carte, and breakfast was complimentary. Everything we tried was very good, and the buffet had a nice variety. We were also pleasantly surprised with complimentary high tea in the evening. There was enough to keep the children occupied. The indoor games area was a hit with them, and the pool was decent and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we particularly liked the quality of the toiletries. The location is also convenient, in a pleasant area not far from Yelahanka. During our stay, a baby shower was being organised on the lawn, and the setup looked lovely. As we were leaving, we saw a corporate group arriving for a staff retreat, which gave us a sense of how the resort caters to different kinds of guests and occasions. We didn't use the spa, as we felt the prices were on the higher side. The only minor issue we noticed was that the air-conditioning unit in our room was a little noisy. What we particularly liked was the relaxed, homely feel of the resort. We understand that there are individual villas available for longer stays, and we even heard that some families stay here for weeks or months at a time. After our experience, we can understand why! Overall, we really cherished our stay and actually wished we had booked for longer. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary, with good food and thoughtful hospitality. Thank you, Angsana Oasis Resort, for making our anniversary special. We will definitely be back!

I'll start with the positives : Staff is polite and nice Massage was wonderful Negatives: The age of the resort is showing, DTH wasn't working. Plumbing fixtures were not working properly. Took two tries to get a towel Though there are three restaurants on paper on the day of visit only one was functional and the dinner felt overpriced for the content it delivered. The pool was not maintained well in the morning. Overall the price paid vs the experience did not match up
