    I stayed in the jr suite and the room was really clean and chill. The staff was extremely helpful. However the hot water pleasure is extremely low

    While this hotel has a good location and beautiful decor, my stay was a nightmare due to a complete lack of maintenance and hygiene. This property has everything it needs to be a great hotel, but it is currently neglected and dirty. The Room & Hygiene Issues: • Pest Infestation: I encountered several giant cockroaches in the room. This is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of pest control. • Poor Maintenance: The walls were damp/humid, and the overall atmosphere felt moist. The sofa was dirty, the lamp was broken (and also damp), and the toilet seat did not fit properly. • Cleanliness: The bathroom was filthy. The shower was covered in mold (fungus) and moisture. Even the blankets felt old and were partially torn. The Environment & Noise: The hotel seems to have no house rules regarding quiet hours. A large group was drinking, shouting, and laughing in the common area right outside the rooms all night. • I personally went out at 11:00 PM and 2:30 AM to ask for silence, but they ignored me. • The noise and partying continued until after 3:00 AM. I was exhausted and simply wanted to sleep, but the hotel did nothing to manage the situation. April 10 and April 11 2026
