    Where should I start. First they gave me the wrong room, which is not an issue, but while I was away, they decided to go in the room without notifying me, packing my things, and moving them in a different room while the initial room wasn't even booked for the day. The next morning, they just opened the room door without knocking just to "check" if I was still there. The room was old and not well maintained : shower head in bad condition and half broken and the wall paper was ripped in several places. There is a complete breach of privacy and security in this place and the room are just in a terrible state
