    I booked the premium view room, it offered a stunning scenery. The hotel features a striking entrance, and we received attentive service right from arrival. I highly recommend to paired with their breakfast and dinner set meals. The food is delicious, but please note that an à la carte menu is not offered. The night mountain tour is a standout experience. We reached a high viewpoint to admire sweeping city views and stood a good chance of encountering wild deer. The tour concluded with a cozy wood fire where we roasted marshmallows — a huge hit with the kids. The rooftop private hot bath is unique and incredibly tranquil, ideal for relaxation. On the downside, the swimming pool was somewhat disappointing. We hope the hotel can carry out facility upgrades for it. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with plenty of memorable activities, perfect for family getaways.

    We had very high expectations of this hotel and they were met- no even exceeded! The staff is unbelievably nice and the hotel was soooo clean and cute omg. Very foreigner friendly, but it helps to have some basic Japanese knowledge as it was clear that most of the staff didn’t really speak any English. I’d recommend the omakase style dinner and the traditional breakfast. This hotel man… it was an absolute dream. I’d recommend this to anybody looking to have a luxurious experience in Nara, far away from all the other tourists

    To begin, the hotel NEVER replied emails. I sent them emails more than 3 times in a month before checking in, asking about the room view, shuttle bus reservation and plan changes. None got replied. This is truly terrible. *** a night and you won’t even reply customer’s emails. Second, there is no view for the room type “ comfort twin”. I attached the photo. I stayed at the room ***, all you can see is bush and rooftop. This is unacceptable because while room *** and *** are clearly notified with “no view”, which give the customer enough information, room *** also has no view at all, but it’s not notified and is charged more. Can you imagine how frustrating it is, when all other room has cherry blossom view, and you got nothing but still paying for almost the same price??? The dinner is good, but it’s only $88 for one person, and you can reserve dinner without staying here. So i would say the room is totally not worthy. Also, check out the photo to see how dirty the camping chair inside the room is. I would definitely recommend the nearby hotel “***”. I walked there and find out most of their rooms have wonderful view.
