Usually, booking a budget-friendly homestay means compromising on service or cleanliness, but this place completely shatters that stereotype. From the moment we arrived until the second we left, we received true "royal treatment." ​💎 The Best Highlights of Our Stay ​Flawless, "Royal" Hospitality: The standout feature of this property is the incredible staff and management (special shoutout to the caretakers, Jabbar Mondal!). They don't just manage the property; they genuinely care for you like family. ​Stunning Ocean Views: For a budget property, the views are spectacular. Waking up to the serene, peaceful coastal atmosphere and catching the early morning or evening breeze from the property perfectly captures the true beauty of the Andaman Islands. ​Spotless & Spacious Rooms: The accommodations are impressively large, bright, and airy. Both the bedrooms and the bathrooms were completely neat, hygienic, and well-maintained. The common living and dining areas also provide a fantastic, cozy space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. ​Prime Location: It is situated in a very convenient, calm uphill area in Shadipur. It's close to the local market (around 500 meters) and incredibly near major attractions like the Cellular Jail (just about 1 km away) and the main jetties, making transport sweet and effortless. ​Bonus Perks: The property offers a complimentary, delicious breakfast to kickstart your day, features functional amenities like great AC and geysers, and even allows outside food delivery (via Swiggy) if you want to unwind in your room.

    It was quite affordable. Breakfast is included. My only issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was not that clean, and it was not draining when I was bathing to the point my feet would submerged with slippers on. Told the front office man but he didn't do anything.
