Tom at the Front Desk greeted us, as we arrived - couldn't be nicer, so well informed of the area and amenities. The hotel has gone through some upgrades and the rooms are pretty good. The hallways need some work and the odor is a bit unpleasant. Coffee was available - and good - in the morning. The location was ideal for our business meetings in Kittery.
