The place is really worth the money and situated in a very convenient location. We've booked it for a low price and considering that we're a group of 6 plus 1 kid, sulit kaayo. Complete nasad kaayo ang facilities, naay ref, induction cooker, rice cooker and utensils. Our only concern is the lack of rug or trapo, if you came from the cr, magbasa ang floor kay walay trapo. And also, naay small cockroaches sa sink and cr pero manageable ra. Over-all, we enjoyed our stay and sulit kaayo, bugnaw pjud ang aircon. Thank you!

The night before check-in, I was informed that the unit I booked was leaking so they have to transfer me to a different unit - in Tower 1 12-G. I said no problem as long as the number of beds are the same. We arrived at the condo, we looked for Karen who by the way was not accommodating AT ALL. She was a snob, she might have had a bad day or whatever but she shouldn't have treated us that way. We arrived at the unit and welcomed by tiny cockroaches, which at first we did not mind because it's a condo so it's a bit normal. but the problem is they didn't have insect/bad spray that we can use anywhere. The bed sheets were not fresh and the room did not smell nice. We liked the location because it was close to the malls, where we wanted to go at least. We couldn't find an alternative property nearby and we were too exhausted to switch places because we had toddlers, so we decided to stay because we won't be there all day anyway. So last day before check-out, we used the pool and the person attending at the door was so RUDE. Also, when we checked in, they SHOULD have given us the pool passes or at least given us instructions when we want to use the pool, which they didn't so it's disappointing. I do not normally give these kinds of reviews if I am not pleased with the property, I usually just dont make the review, but it was too much and I felt like I need to say something so the property owner and Agoda would do something about it. Maybe if the original unit I booked didn't have leaks I wasn't so stressed with the whole thing.
