    The hotel doesn't even have its own reception. Had to do check-in at the hotel beside. Also got an issue with the toilet flushing, the water doesnt go down but they took their sweet time to fix like 24 hours. They didnt even think how the guest would be doing with that toilet, no replacement given or any room switch. Ohh, forgot to mention, the ground floor - empty reception looks like a horror movie.
