Pre checked in on line and at 10:00 pm we arrived but male attendant insisted we were at the wrong hotel and we had no reservation there. Pulled up our app and showed our confirmation number - thank god! Next evening we were not given towels - of all things! Called downstairs and we were told there would be some brought up - 1.5 hours went by and nothing- I went downstairs and they again said some would be brought up- 40 minutes- NOTHING! Went downstairs again- waited for the guy to personally come down and he said he delivered towels- this was now 9:30 pm. He, literally, argued with me and insisted he delivered towels! I made him come up to the room to prove it. He delivered towels to the room next to ours and he said those two dumb idiot words “me “bad”. To top things off he would not give us any towels until I gave him the wet ones! What an insulting jerk! If he thought we were going to steal those cheap see through towels he was as dumb and should have been fired if I was iI was in charge of this hotel! Oh, by the way, everything was filthy!
These idiots have no idea who are and, as a result, we’ve told 4 other parties to not book here who would have. The gals on staff were all wonderful but not the men we dealt with.
I’m sure this review won’t amount to anything by the hotel but the amount of advertising they’ll get from us in our positions will be worth our peace of minds and insults received.
