For the price I paid this was a good deal. The room was clean (for its age) and me me, a male solo traveller, it was fine. However, I wouldn't recommend it for a female solo traveller. There are a lot of 'permanent' residents (as found in many lower end motels in the USA) and as such there is a lot of activity in the car park and outside the rooms. I just needed a room for the night in Greeley and this ticked all the boxes - clean, good value, and well located by the highway. Shower was good, beds comfy but breakfast was very simple - cereal or cereal! There is a lot of noise outside after dark - but I was tired enough after a 400 mile drive not to notice.. I would stay here again but to any potential travellers I'd say check all the reviews first.
