    Honestly, the experience at Ambika Valley was quite disappointing. The reception area is just a shed and it was extremely hot, so even the check-in experience was uncomfortable. There is no proper parking inside the property, which is another headache. Breakfast was a mess too. There was a very long queue and we had to wait a lot. The cleanliness and housekeeping also need serious improvement. Overall, the property may look good in pictures, but the actual experience was nowhere close to what we expected. For the price they charge, I expected much better basic facilities and service. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay.

    COMPLETE LACK OF HYGIENE, (BOWLS HAD DEAD COCKROACHES STUCK INSIDE, INEXPERIENCED STAFF, RUDE & ARROGANT LADY NAMED BASANTI AT THE RECEPTION, BELOW AVERAGE FOOD, ONLY RESTAURANTS IS IN THE ADJACENT RESORT, DAKSH, NO ROOM SERVICE, COMPLETE MISMANAGEMENT. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
