    The overall stay is okay however, the reception was not 24-hrs open (I chose this hotel since it was declared they have a 24-hr desk). I requested for a late check-in since my flight to CEB is at midnight. When I arrived at 2:30am, the hotel was already locked and I have to stay in a 24-hr coffee shop nearby and wait up to 6am for me to be able to check-in. The staff was kind enough to let me have a let check-out so that I could still rest. Wasn't able to had a peaceful sleep since the neighborhood was noisy but it can't be helped. Still, thank you for accommodating me. Just wish this inconvenience would not be experience by others.
