Staff and customer relations were excellent. Had wonderful experiences with every staff member I had to work with. Breakfast was good also. Bear in mind I only ate Jamaican vegetarian food. I cant vouch for the taste of the other food. The waitress that serviced me was very very pleasant, helpful and made me love eating there. It's not that the food was excellent but it was enjoyable especially being free with room cost. For those reasons I would stay again but the rooms were outdated and needed fix up. It seriously gave me a feeling of a budget hotel that catered to short time nightly activities. I realized the cost associated with it is a value compared to the abnormally high priced hotels in the area. However, if you compare this cost to hotels around the world it is really terribly priced for the quality in facilities you get. With that said. If you need a lower priced hotel for that area and don't have high expectations in quality of facilities and room then this is a great value for you. AC and temperature is great but I couldn't do it again. Don't let that deter you. I'm still happy I checked it out but wish the owners would consider updating the rooms.
