This room is smaller that the previous one we had for four days. And there were a few ants. The shower only gave out hot water, no cold water coming on the cold water line. Despite this, I like this hotel overall. The staff are very nice.

We booked this hotel because it is close to the border gate, what we didn't know is that only locals doing business on both sides of the borders are only allowed to walk across back and forth. This hotel is nice and has all amenities you need. The room is small but I am able to open my large suitcase without any obstruction, unlike the second room we had where I had to leave my suitcase in the den area. The bed is comfortable, the AC and overhead fan work. The bathroom has liquid soap and shampoo and the hot water is plentiful with good water pressure. The staff spoke little English and are very nice. There are two elevators. Also free bottled water are given every day with clean towels and toiletries if needed. I recommend this hotel and will stay here again when we go back to Mong Cai..:)

I didn't know the immigration crossing for foreigners besides China & Vietnam citizens no longer use it since March 2026. I only know the updated information when the receptionist told me on the day of checking out when she asked me need a grab service which I was puzzle since the immigration building is so near . Otherwise this hotel amenities are satisfying.

Khách sạn gần cửa khẩu, rất tiện cho ai định đi chơi sớm. Tuy nhiên phòng không sạch, mùi khó chịu. Cách âm cũng rất tệ, phải đổi phòng vì có tiếng động lạ.
