    This hotel is a bit dated, but still my favorite in Arroyo Grande area. Situated not far from the freeway in a quiet residential area.

    No breakfast. Refrigerator is 207 not working and stinks when you open the door.

    The room was super clean, the price was awesome and the place was extremely convenient to stay at. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town for work again.

    The motel was adequate. The bed was great. Staff were fine. The biggest problem is that it is RIGHT NEXT TO Highway 101. It is very noisy, so we had to wear earplugs all night. Couldn't open the sliding door to the patio because it was so loud. If you don't care about noise, this is a very adequate spot.
