I love how clean it was. Very airy and aesthetically pleasing room with natural light. The bed was comfortable, place to park my bike, the staff are lovely. The area is quiet and peaceful.

We stayed here for two nights, and both the facility and the staff were terrible! Regarding the facility and supplies, they provided only one key for our room even though we are a family of six. They also gave us only one roll of toilet paper, and we had to ask for another since we were staying for two nights with six people. There were two air conditioners and a fan in the room. I wondered why they provided a fan when there were already two air conditioners. It made sense when we turned them on—one didn’t work at all, and the other barely worked. It was hot, and there was no ventilation, so the air felt stale and unfresh. The kids couldn’t sleep well, and my husband got dizzy. That wasn’t all. The staff were not accommodating. The female staff were okay, but there was one male staff member who showed no hospitality at all. We asked for an extra key for our convenience, and he said “no” because of hotel policy. We told him the air conditioner wasn’t working, and he said he would fix it, but nothing was fixed during our stay. We also needed something to measure our luggage, and he simply said they didn’t have it—without even suggesting where we could buy one or offering any alternatives. Anyway, there’s more I could say, such as the broken window lock and the fridge, but overall our stay here was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel or return to it—or any hotel in this chain.
