    Booked a weekend here as a luxury break for my parents. They were treated like royalty, felt spoilt rotten. The staff couldn't do enough for them and the manager was charm itself.

    Basic traditional breakfast but nice. They’ll make eggs/pancakes for you. Friendly staff. Lovely room, spacious. Netflix on tv. Only downside was the pool time for men and women seperate so couldn’t use together…180 euros to use privately after 10pm which i thought was slightly ridiculous. Perhaps allow a certain time window for all to use freely. Location a bit out the way but we had a rental car so didn’t bother us.

    If you're looking for a luxurious property away from the city, this place offers a serene and beautiful ambiance. However, despite the impressive surroundings, the service fell short of expectations. We weren't welcomed with drinks upon check-in, which is something I'd expect at a five-star hotel. In our room, coffee powder was spilled, and after calling several times for cleaning, no one arrived. We also had to repeatedly request essentials like dental kits and water bottles. For a property advertised as five-star, the hospitality should have been world-class, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. 5. **Conclusion**: Offer a balanced wrap-up or suggest areas of improvement. - "While the property is visually stunning, improving the service would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."
