    I've been staying here for a month, and I've never considered switching to an other hotel because I'm familiar with this location and hotels around. I've tried a lot of hotels in the Gachibowli neighborhood, but this one is unique and feels like home. It's a brand-new hotel with a lovely atmosphere, courteous personnel, and delicious food that offers a wide variety of South Indian dishes. Don't seek elsewhere; reserve this opulent staycation.

    Wonderful stay at newly inaugurated hotel Aiva! Clean rooms, courteous staff, great breakfast with variety of south indian dishes and excellent service. Comfortable ambiance and perfect location. Highly recommended for all.

    Positive: * The hotel is new Negatives: * Gopi, the front-desk staff member, was rude and not very helpful. * The bathroom was dirty. When I called the front desk, Gopi initially said, “It’s clean, Sir.” Only after I repeatedly raised the issue did he send someone to check it. * There was no buffet breakfast. The previous night, the hotel called and informed me that I was the only guest having breakfast, so they would not have a buffet. Instead, they asked me what I wanted—how many idlis and vadas, and what type of omelette and tea or coffee—and said they would send it to my room. Morning I felt ok because Food was tasty Overall, while the hotel is new, the cleanliness and front-desk service need significant improvement.
