We were arriving after midnight and the hotel was to arrange an airport transfer for us. There was no one for us at the airport. Sent a message to the hotel but got no response. Upon finally arriving at the hotel, I mentioned to the guy about the no show and message I had sebt. He just said, "Yeah, I saw your message." No apology, nothing. Just, "Yeah, I saw your message." Didn’t reply, didn't do anything, didn't apologize. Room was dirty - sheets had stains on it. Some of the pillows had stains on it. Garbage still in waste basket. At least the AC was strong. No water in room, asked for some and he gave us several bottles, several of which were already unsealed. We did not drink those nor did he offer to replace them. Even though we told the guy what time we wanted breakfast, nothing was started in the morning. Morning staff (the actual owners I assume) were friendly and didn't charge us for the opened waters and got the cook to make breakfast. Breakfast was decent. I didn't bother talking about the stains on the sheets and pillows because the guy just kept asking if I was going to b leave a good review. Not I will not be leaving a good review.
