The only good things about this location is slightly the location. The building is an old building that has old tiles not down to floor and they are currently remodeling. It smells of water like the old moldy water smell with no ac it’s strong. The front desk has to buzz you in and they were never there most of the time. I was staying for 9 days and had to purchase toilet paper bc there was none and the front desk wasn’t there three times when I went down or even called. The same issue with towels. In a 9 day stay well 7 bc I left and got another hotel due to the noise and me needing to work from location or sleep and the drilling and sawing noise was to loud. In the week I was there the cleaning never came I asked for service and someone came to my door just to tell me they still had no time. There is one elevator and the staff uses it while they are never at the desk. Plus those doing work on building use it. The parking is very expensive 30/50 a night for over night. They give you a paper for parking for 30 however it’s a few blocks away this is more an area thing however. Really not having access to toilet paper and towels or someone to buzz you in during the day hours bc a rep isn’t there is a big concern.

Even the partial ocean view is beautiful and the room was spacious! We ended up with a room without AC but with the provided fan and open windows (temps in 90s) it stayed comfortable.
The bathroom fan in our room could definitely use some cleaning but otherwise things felt pretty clean.
We didn't have any problems with noise even though it was a holiday weekend. However, they do provide headphones in case.
Although it's staffed all day they do have breaks so be aware of that, especially their lunch break since it's around a common time to arrive. Also, the door into the lobby has a code on it, which is great for security but could leave you waiting outside unless someone is going in/out.

Right on boardwalk on the beach. Great view of ocean from room, nice clean hotel, would stay here again

The room needs AC and a body length mirror. The lobby needs to give a better impression and it smells bad.
