They tried to charge us 9000 Turkish for room lira more for room change when we were checking out. We had very good impression for service personals. They were friendly. They location is best. There are so many good restaurants near the hotel. There are going construction, so road is broken and little hard to walk. Seaview was wonderful. If there was not misunderstanding, I will give this place all 5/5.

-100% rating .. don’t stay at this hotel I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. On the first day, I arrived with 6 bags and asked for help, but the receptionist told me there was no one available to assist because it was 9 pm. I even asked him personally for help, and he simply refused. That is not the kind of hospitality one expects from a hotel. Another issue was the entrance door. It is a sliding door but manual, and when I walked in thinking it was automatic, the receptionist told me in a rude way: “Why did you leave the door open? Close it!” – which was really shocking and unprofessional. During my 5-night stay, my room was not cleaned for 3 days. On one occasion, I personally asked the cleaner to take care of my room, she said okay, but nothing was done, and rooms always dirty even after cleaning. Finally, the receptionist who works between around 7–10 pm has a very bad attitude and made me feel unwelcome every time I interacted with him. Overall, there was absolutely no sense of hospitality or customer care. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Only the good thing is the location and the breakfast. And even the hotel is very expensive compared with the mony that i paid !!!
