    I had a very positive experience at Acropole Hotel Tunis. From the moment I arrived, the hotel had a welcoming feel and a pleasant sense of luxury in its atmosphere. The surroundings were elegant, comfortable, and relaxing, making it a lovely place to stay while visiting Tunis. The room was clean and well presented, and the overall service was professional and friendly. A special mention goes to the room service lady in the 3rd floor, who was so friendly, kind, and thoughtful. She was actually one of the reasons we decided to extend our stay. I really hope the hotel values loyal staff like her, because people like that make guests feel welcome and want to stay longer. I am sorry I forgot her name, but she was a Tunisian lady with beautiful green or honey-coloured eyes, and she is truly an asset to the hotel. The only downside was the smell of smoke in the room, which was a bit annoying. Although we requested a non-smoking room, we ended up in a room that smelled of smoke. I wish the hotel would prevent smoking inside the building and rooms, as this would make the stay much more comfortable. Apart from that, everything else was fine and I enjoyed my stay. Overall, Acropole Hotel Tunis offered comfort, quality, and a touch of luxury. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Tunis.

    This was my second stay in Acropole hotel. the staff is very friendly, lovely environment and i will not hesitate to repeat it in the future.

    I paid *** for one night (31/03/2026), but I was given an extremely poor-quality room. There was a strong smell of gas and paint, and the shower area was flooded with water. In the morning, I spoke to reception and explained that the room was in very bad condition. I asked the staff member to come and see it, and after inspecting the room, he agreed that it was unacceptable. He said he would inform the manager. However, no apology or compensation was offered. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund, as the experience was extremely unsatisfactory.

    During Breakfast the coocked food was cold, bad coffee and the staff did not help me while i had broken ankle with crutches while i was clearly struggling. The People at the reception and gate where nice and helpfull
