    Unkind receptionists (1 man n 1 woman). I m shocked. Definitely won’t stay here. At time of booking, I booked Western room n requested a nice view. Yet they gave us a western room with a terrible view overlooking a dirty structure. Reluctantly he swapped us to a better view, but with futons. I explained I have a bad back n futons not good. They insisted no other room with western bed was available. We realised later they lied. Cos Hotel was very empty. We stayed 2 days n saw only 1 person at dinner. No other guest in lobby throughout the 2 days. They could easily have moved us to a room with decent view and western bed. Now I know why the hotel next door were busy with many guests. N this hotel only has us…. and one other?? Only saving grace was the 2 waitresses Sachiko n an incredibly sweet Burmese girl. Sachiko even came out to say goodbye when we left. But no greetings from the receptionists. Terrible!!
