Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Service My stay at this hotel was very disappointing and far below my expectations. The cleanliness and overall service need serious improvement. The bedsheets had stains, the bathroom had so much mold, and the towels were old, worn out, and had holes in them. These conditions made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The staff were also disappointing. They were rude and unwelcoming, with no greetings or smiles for guests. Customer service should be a priority in the hospitality industry, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. The amenities were equally unsatisfactory. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, and the air conditioning was poor. To make matters worse, guests had to borrow a cheap hair dryer from the front desk, with a strict one-hour usage limit. This is very inconvenient, especially for a hotel that charges guests for their stay. Overall, the hotel failed to meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the room conditions, facilities, and staff attitude. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
