    I would say, even with a lack of facilities (pool/gym), the customer service is really great. I requested to change to 2 beds at the last minute, and they were able to accommodate it with minimal waiting time. We also requested a late check-out, and it was met without hesitation. All the receptionists are friendly and understanding. For the rooms, it's decent. The air conditioner is working great, mattress is firm and comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen is also well-equipped, with pots and pans prepared for the induction cooker. Just note that there is no microwave available, and no soap/sponge for washing afterwards. Overall, recommended to stay. Will repeat it.

    I stayed at Abdul Razak Hotel Apartment and overall had a decent experience. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free, and the staff were excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was clean and well maintained, so no complaints in terms of cleanliness. The location is also okay and reasonably convenient. However, there are a few things that really need attention. The air-conditioning definitely needs to be checked. The room was quite hot, and the temperature timer seemed to make things worse as the aircon would randomly switch ON and OFF. This made it quite uncomfortable, especially at night. Another issue was the noise level from the neighbouring room. I could clearly hear people talking and making phone calls, which became quite annoying, particularly late at night when I was trying to sleep. Perhaps the soundproofing between rooms could be improved. I didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast as I had to check out early in the morning. Overall, I'd give Abdul Razak Hotel Apartment 3/5. The staff and cleanliness were good, and the stay was generally hassle-free, but the air-conditioning and noise issues definitely affected the overall comfort.
