    Some major problems........ 1. GETTING CHARGED TWICE ON CREDIT CARD Arriving after a long day hiking with 2 friends and we booked and paid for 2 nights which showing in my agoda app and email confirmation. Arriving at the hotel we had to use a vending machine to get our room key and also use our credit card to get the the room card and with an additional charge to the credit card for one night. Arriving in the tiny room and wanting to take a shower was a disaster as the shower drain was blocked and using the shower flooded the bathroom. Upon talking with the person, Jean I think his name was, who just arrived at the hotel, I asked if we could change to a different room due to the shower being blocked he said NO. He would get someone in the morning to fix it. Next day we left to do some shopping and arriving back at the hotel in the early afternoon and our room key did not allow us into the room. As no staff were there till 5pm we called Agoda customer support as we were unable to contact anyone at the hotel. Later the same staff member said we can not access the room unless paying for another night. After showing him my Agoda account with booking details showing booked and paid for, he still did not let us into the room without payment. After paying again and accessing the room I check to see if the shower drain was fixed and it was not. Asking if we could change rooms he said No. I still await getting refunded for double payment. Money deducted from original Agoda online booking and the same 2 nights paid by credit card at the hotel. I am totally disgusted at how we were treated at this hotel.
