    Good location for transportation; a few steps away from train station. Very nearest place to all the tourist spots.

    It’s very close to the train station. But of course u will hear the noise if u leave the window open. There is no AC, so if u keep the window closed to block the noise the room would be a bit hot. The receptionist Shaban was very friendly, but there is a girl who was quite cold

    At the end of the check-in process, the girl at the reception turned and walked away (chubby blonde with hoop earrings, no name tag) we waited for a while (only thing that was left was to pay city tax and get keycards). She came back after 10 minutes to get her phone, we asked for our keycards, she said "not my shift anymore" and walked away. The reception was empty so we waited for a while for someone to show up. Another girl showed up and we told her that we are almost checked in and need our keys, she said it's not her job and 'guy at the bar will do it'. So we asked him (Firdel) and he said 'wait 5 mins, I'm busy'. After 5 mins he again said 'wait 5 mins I'm busy'. When it happened the third time we started to complain, because we saw that new and new people keep coming in and he served 5 people that came in after us. We tried to explain once more that we literally just need our keycards because we were at the end of the checkin process, and please, please can we get them because it's late and we're tired and want to go to sleep. But it didn't help, he got rude and said 'go sit over there, bar has priority and I'm just one person'. And there were no guests that needed anything at the moment, so he was just pretending to be busy. So we started waiting once more for him to stop being stubborn and spiteful but still he was not coming over to reception. Then another guest walked in and wanted to order something, we interrupted and said we were waiting for a long time for our keys, and she said sure, you can go first. Only then Firdel came to reception section and started asking for our booking and IDs (obviously didn't register how many times we said we did all that and we're at the end of checkin process) It took less than 2 mins to pay tax and get keys so it's bizarre how long we had to wait for that or why the blonde couldn't finish the process (oh btw, we were here 2 weeks before and she was working at the bar, it was hard to get drinks cause she had earphones and was constantly on her phone, and turning her back to the guests so we couldn't wave to her to get her attention. Didn't seem worth complaining at the time but that girl obviously hates her job)
