I'm sharing my experience staying here to give everyone a genuine review of this hotel. When I arrived at A&EM Villa on December 24th at 4:00 PM 2025, they asked me to pay an extra 200,000 VND (I had already paid the full amount of using my credit card on the Agoda website). The reason given was that my check-in time was 10:00 PM, and they required me to check out by 10:00 AM the next morning. Is this normal? Where on Agoda can I see the exact check-in and check-out times? Why do I need to pay an additional 200,000 VND in cash to the counter at A&EM Villa even though I already paid the full amount on the Agoda website. I have already reported this to Agoda customer service, but several days have passed and I have not received any feedback. I am sharing this for your reference: when you are about to book this hotel through the app, please think carefully. If you don't mind that the actual hotel does not match the photos and the check-in time is 10 pm, then please ignore the above conversation.
