    Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Convenient place to stop on our long drive. Will stay there again.

    Despite booking 9 weeks prior to our date of stay they decided at 4.00pm on the day before to tell us they did not have a room available. An excuse was made that they had an electrical issue with the room. When I pushed back and advised I had booked over 2 months earlier and why an I being bumped I was advised they had workers staying there who has booked before I did. This I doubted as others I know stayed there after only booking a dew weeks ago. No attempt was made to find us other accomodation I was just given names of 2 other motels. I may have only been 1 customer but there lack of customer service and poor excuses was shared amongst all eho attended the event I went to, many who own local businesses in the town.
