I absolutely loved my stay at nine hours Akasaka and would happily stay here again. The sleeping space was comfortable and spacious enough, while the facilities were clean and well maintained. Fresh towels and pyjamas were provided every day, which made the stay even more convenient.
The location is quite central, with both 7-Eleven and FamilyMart nearby. Breakfast was provided through a coupon for the nearby Excelsior Caffé, where guests could choose one drink and one bread item. I really enjoyed this breakfast arrangement. On some days, the café even gave me an additional coupon for a free drink refill!
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the accommodation, location, facilities, and thoughtful daily amenities.
The only minor drawback is that the lounge is rather small, so there is limited communal space for guests to relax and socialise. However, this was still acceptable and did not negatively affect my overall experience.

Perfect location: close to Tokyo, Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku. Walking distance to local metro stations. Facilities cleaned daily with new towels and pajamas. Many cafés, restos & convenience stores within walking distance.

The room is big and spacious enough for one person. The length is totally fine for me (I am ~160cm) cant adjust ac, but its ok for me not too hot or cold (as of summer in japan).
You got new towel and pajamas for every night you booked with hotel. There are a lot of shower and toilet rooms. I never had a chance to queue to shower, so I think it is fine. Pretty decent here.
You got your locker that need to scan with ur QR code (from check-in) so pretty safe to put stuff here!
Pretty nice if you stay here for a while
Nearby has many food/conbini at night! So no worry about foods!

It's a good cheap stay in Tokyo. It's also pretty central to shibuya/shinjuku and Tokyo station. It also has good food spots and amenities near Akasaka.
Thr capsule felt spacious enough, however the bed was uncomfortable.
The place is relatively new however the cleanliness of the shower could be improved, there was a smell and the handle was hard to turn on.
Also be aware to not include your clothes in the amenities bag provided, as they will throw it straight into the clothes shute.
Staff new enough English, but could have been more helpful especially with tourist advice.
Other guests were respectful and kept to themselves.
Overall good value for money. But be prepared that you are paying for the basics.
