Had a nice stay. Location is out of city area. However facilities are great and staff is also good.

I stayed at Seven Hills Resort on 20 and 21th October in a Suite Room with a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not working, even after the water was filled upon request. The room size was average, and the cleanliness was satisfactory, but the overall room experience was just okay.
The breakfast arrangement was disappointing, as breakfast was not ready at the promised 8:00 AM and we were informed that it would take another 30 minutes. However, the staff was extremely polite, helpful, and cooperative. They quickly arranged paratha, poha, and fried idli for us, which I genuinely appreciated.
The property has a good location, but the surrounding area is not particularly pleasant for walking around, and party lawns may affect the overall ambience. Considering the room quality, facilities, and service arrangements, the prices seem to be driven more by the location than by the overall experience.
