    Absolutely loved our stay at the 35 Bow Hotel! The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of options. We'll definitely be back!

    The room was large and nice but the bed sheet wasn't clean but they've changed room after because they put us in the room above bar&restaurant which was closed at 4am. The staff were not helpful, they tried to put customers on the nosiest floor because others room were fulled by big group and they didn't really know how to handle with the guests, only say we will check for you, not sure what time the room will be available. No offerring anything even we stayed above the nosiest room. We've asked them if they could help us put luggage in the room, they refused and asked us to check-in again which we already stayed a night there, it's so weired. Everything was so unprofessional that made me disapppinted and will never stay there again.
