    I got a single room last minute at 7pm for 87euros. But taxi there from airport is 34euros, and taxi back is 40euros. There are busses which are cheaper, but may not take card. Breakfast was really good with many choices. Warm bread and omelet available. Hot drinks available 24hrs. Nespresso available in rooms, but I didn't try out. Staff are very helpful and nice.

    I wasted my money and it was written that it was 4.5 km from the airport and it was 12 km and I did not know how to go by transportation at all , and I contacted Agoda to refund my money for that night but the customer service told me she will request a refund and apologized for what happened to me and asked me to wait for a few minutes and suddenly they did not respond to me and my money was not returned to me till now and I am trying to contact Agoda customer service for this reservation and I was not able to reach them

    I booked this accommodation to go to the airport early in the morning. When I checked in, I asked the reception staff to call a taxi for me because I would leave around 6 am but next day, she was not there and didn't even pick up the phone. So I tried to book Uber or any other private taxi but couldn't get any. I ended up going to the airport with other guests who are on the way to the airport.

    We needed 1 night before hitting the city of Vienna. This place has the friendliest staff and all the basic things you need for an overnight. Including free parking! Would book again when needed.
