    Second time stay. Check in experience between 3pm to 4pm not pleasant, too crowded & long que. Average time taken for check 5min to 7min per guest. Reception counter nice design but not practical. Need to improve front desk staff friendliness.

    Everything is perfect. Just need to be early to park your car as the parking is quite limited. Swimming pool is also a bit smaller than what I thought

    Really enjoyed our stay at 1969 D’Kelly Hotel Ipoh. We were lucky to get an upgrade from a Superior Room to the Premier King with Living Room, which was a really nice surprise. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had a few small issues in the room, but the staff were very helpful and quick to assist when we reported them. Breakfast was also great, with plenty of variety, and the nasi lemak was especially good! Overall, great value for the price and we’ll definitely come back again. 😊
