I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Only complaint is that there was not a table to eat at. There were chairs. But no table. Had to eat in my lap.

Cozy Place for Man and His Best Tail Wagging Friend! 🐕

It felt like it was a home.... very peaceful! Great location for me... not far from anywhere, but it's nice to be on the outskirts. Easy to access adminities.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, but I still slept well. The dog run was nice, but some people didn't clean up after their dog. You made it easy to clean up after your pet, so why don't people adhere to that? I don't know, but I just had to look closely while my dog and I were in there. Great place!!!

Not at all what I expected.

The refrigerator. The air conditioner. The ceiling fan.

The exterior was horrible. Just a little TLC would make a marked improvement. I couldn't believe this was the same place as in the photographs. The vegetation on the structure itself is so overgrown, it was impossible to see through. It was creepy. The whole atmosphere was creepy and scary. There was a window in the bathroom with blinds over it. I opened the blinds to find the window had been painted black, or covered with some sort of black material? Again, creepy. There was an odor I couldn't quite put my finger on, but it was there. Visibly clean, but the odor made it feel as if it were not. Possibly mold or mildew? The two people we dealt with at check in and check out, were frightening in appearance and social interacting skills as well. Pride in how you present yourself, a "welcome" and a smile go a long way. There was no ice machine. We were handed a zip lock bag of ice the guy at the desk retrieved from a room in the back of the office. It is right on the highway, so noise is horrible all through the night. You had to be very careful unloading your car, because you are literally standing on the edge of a highway between 2 curves. There is no soundproofing in the walls or ceiling, either. I'm sorry to say, Booking.com may want to reconsider offering this establishment as a choice for Chimney Rock.

Everything was almost perfect

I feel that the coffee pods should be in the room because the first day they were available after that none was there , and there was nothing available for us to get a cup, and it was cold out . I love coffee in the morning , we think someone had taken them

Basic but clean. Partially updated but partially also outdated. No staff on site which was unusual but we didn’t need an

Contactless entry with key codes on the doors. Also had a key code to a lounge area that contained coffee and filtered water. It was close to town.

In the facilities were very basic, but clean. Our carpet needed replacing and the vents along the floor are rusted. There was a window unit for air-conditioning in the room felt musty. There was only one light to the room was pretty dim even with this light on. The parking was very close to the street. Our friends had upstairs unit and it was much more updated than our first floor unit with new carpet, better lighting and central air conditioning.

I would highly recommend it.

The location was awesome. When we arrived the manager was there. There were not very many people staying there so she upgraded our stay. The room was larger was a kitchen and the view was awesome from the balcony. She was very helpful!

The only thing we didn't like was how the window air blower motor would shut off really loud and wake us up.

The hospitality was excellent! We had a wonderful community vibe and the view was amazing! Small hotel with everything you need including binocular. Safe, clean and an outstanding guest services. You will be surprised, if you're looking for that hometown style!

Convenient, comfortable, and authentic, not a corporate cookie cutter space.

Electricity went off (briefly) overnight. Walls were super thin for noise muffling.
